Our company, Dwell Home Market, has recently been named Best Furniture Store by the Tampa Bay Times!

We have 26,000 square feet of curated furniture & decor for sale, local art, affordable design services, a food truck and even a bar.

We are a locally owned and operated business whose goal is to bring awesome furniture, decor and a fun design experience to a larger group of customers. Think a less expensive (and much more fun) version of Restoration Hardware or West Elm.

We have been in business since 2017 as a Home Staging company, but only opened our retail store front in February 2020. The response to our business has been overwhelming (in a good way) and we have been able to continue to grow through Covid and supply chain issues thanks to our rock star team.

We are open to someone who is interested in a full time position that can grow into a career.

As a Manager in Training, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of store operations, sales management, and customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
