Who we need:

We're currently seeking a determined and personable Solar Sales Canvasser to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in educating homeowners about the benefits of solar energy and scheduling appointments for our solar consultants. 

What you'll do:

• Help homeowners transition to clean energy by setting appointments for consultations
• Train new team members on effective door-to-door canvassing techniques
• Strategically canvass neighborhoods making the most use of your time on the doors
• Assist in marketing efforts on the doors and at events
• Conduct training sessions to equip new representatives with the knowledge and skills they need
• Motivate and inspire the team through ongoing support and feedback

We're looking for someone who:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, outgoing, and confident personality.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces challenges.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous sales or canvassing experience is a plus, but not required.
• Passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
