The GM/President will provide leadership and strategic vision to the organization and is responsible for overseeing day to day operations, policies and procedures.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide management to their reporting team members, as well as overall leadership to the organization that aligns with the company’s business plan and overall strategic vision
• Assist executive team in creating, growing and building a world class, industry leading organization
• Drive divisional and company results from both an operational and a financial perspective working closely with the C-Suite
• Managing P&L performance including sales, operations and finance
• Review and evaluate monthly Profit and Loss statements by division to determine where best practices are, as well as corrective action where concerns are found.
• Develop Key Performance Indicators that report on productivity, utilization of resources, and profitability of the field operations divisions.
• Reinforce a Safety culture, processes and measurements
• Work with field operations leaders and peers to ensure material logistics and processes are efficient to keep all projects performing on time and on budget.
• Use Power BI data to ensure the company can see when we need to augment with new resources or to leverage strategic partnerships to handle peaks and valleys on production requirements.
• Work with Vendors and Suppliers to handle project opportunities and challenges
• Work with Customers when there are challenges or requests that are operational focused.
• Ensure there is accurate project revenue forecasting.
• Evaluate project job cost variances to determine how to leverage best practices and engage countermeasures on challenges and provide feedback to Operations.
• Work closely with the Executive team to create, implement and roll out plans for operations processes, infrastructure, reporting systems and company policies all designed to foster growth, profitability and efficiencies
• Work with Executive team to set challenging and realistic goals for growth, performance and profitability
• Holding team accountable to budgeted forecast
• Provide accurate and timely reports outlining the operations condition of the company
• Work with C-Suite on budgeting, forecasting and resource allocation
• Knowledge of emerging trends
• Conduct all business in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Support and abide by the values of the company
