Duval Realty, Inc is Hiring a Remote Sales Representative - Remote in New York.

Duval Realty, Inc team is currently seeking professional, hard-working, Sales Representative To Work From Home Remotely in New York.

We will give you the tools and extensive training to be successful.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to team member calls/emails/texts in a timely basis with a sense of urgency Remotely From Home.
  • Must maintain good organizational and time management skills for effective territory coverage.
  • Conduct research on current industry hiring trends to proactively target new leads.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and a top-notch experience for current and prospective clients
  • Work with the Recruiting team to help identify potential talent that matches our clients’ needs
  • Proactively connect with current and potential clients through community involvement, prospecting, professional networking, attending events, cultivating referrals, and utilizing existing relationships.
  • Maintain database of customers/prospects, opportunity pipeline and project information.
  • Identify and use multiple selling strategies to develop a customer base.
  • Collaboratively work with the team of recruiters to identify and facilitate the best matches between candidate desires and client needs
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Work From Home Remotely
  • Organized and highly motivated
  • Proven experience building and maintaining long-term relationships and networks
  • Maintain good customer relationships.
  • Ability to build long-lasting relationships
  • Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer service
  • Must have a positive demeanor and outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including demonstrated follow-up skills
  • Must be a good listener and naturally curious
  • Technology skills that include CRMs and Microsoft Office; calendar management software experience or willing to learn.
  • Must have winning attitude
  • Must be empathetic
  • Excellent communication skills, including oral, written, telephone, and listening skills.
