We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and closing of projects within the specified scope, budget, and timeline.

Support for the Board of Registration in Nursing. A broad range of proven office skills as well as customer service skills are required to be successful in this position.

This position is to support the Board of Registration in Nursing's licensure of applicants as they pertains to Good Moral Character (GMC) and support the Complaint Resolution Coordinators (CRC) in case processing. The GMC and background checks are a requirement for nursing licensure in Massachusetts. In this position, the Administrative Assistant will work collaboratively with Professional Credential Services (PCS) who processes applications for the BORN. The duties will include but not be limited to managing applicants, maintaining electronic databases, collaborating with Board Staff and CRC, receiving and processing supportive documents for GMC evaluation, scheduling meetings and drafting letters and memos. The applicant must be able to communicate verbally and in writing with applicants, using excellent communication skills. Proficiency in excel databases, including the ability to sort and analyze is essential.
