Job Description
- Reviews submitted electronic and paper applications in accordance with established procedures, processing through electronic computer systems.
- Provides telephone and email customer service with certified personnel in efforts to maintain or reinstate EMT certification, answering questions based on established procedures, or collects information for others to follow up.
- Provides assistance to individuals with respect to verification of past or current certification.
- Processes and maintains records related to certification and recertification.
RATE: $20.41 - $24.02 Per Hour On W2
Required Skills
- Minimum of 12 months of experience in dealing tactfully with others.
- Minimum of 12 months of experience in assembling items of information with accuracy.
- Minimum of 12 months of experience in determining the proper format and procedure for information assembly.
- Minimum of 12 months of experience in multitasking with extreme attention to detail.
- Minimum of 12 months of experience using common computer applications (Microsoft Outlook, Adobe Pro, Word, Excel, and Access).
- Minimum of 12 months of experience in writing concisely and expressing thoughts clearly.
- Minimum of 12 months of experience in effective communication and providing precise written and oral instructions.
