Dutchman Hospitality Group is Hiring a Retail Flex Team Associate - Essenhaus Village Shops Near Middlebury, IN
- Maintain outstanding guest service at the Corn Crib & Cabin, the Clothesline and restaurant gifts
- Assist guests with purchasing decisions
- Operate cash register
- Works directly with Village Shops Lead on merchandising direction, displays, and seasonal changes
- Assists with training
- Give every guest a friendly greeting
- Stocking and straightening shelves/racks
- Assist with tagging items
- Keeping store neat and clean
- Gift wrapping as needed
- Assisting with inventory
- Friendly personality
- Customer service experience required
- Able to work a flexible schedule
- Retail experience a plus
- Able to read and comprehend instructions
- Able to count change and perform simple math computations
- Good communication skills
- Able to lift up to 20 pounds
