What you’ll be doing
- Smile and make eye contact with guests
- Maintain fresh continental breakfast, replenishing items as needed
- Ensure cleanliness of kitchen, breakfast area, and lobby
- Serve guess by filling their glasses and bringing requested items to them during breakfast hours.
- Washes and dries dishes, glasses and utensils
- Notifies front desk if there are inadequate food or utensils in kitchen
- Puts away all breakfast foods and dinnerware upon conclusion of breakfast
- Vacuums staircases, lobbies and elevators
- Orders appropriate food quantities (cookies in evening)
- Labels and submits all items left by guests to the front desk
- Communicates relevant information to corresponding departments
Skills you’ll bring along
- Previous housekeeping experience, preferred
- Able to read and comprehend instructions
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Able to lift and / or move 30 pounds
Job Type
- Part time position
- Primarily day shift.
- Weekend and Holidays required
- Time and a half pay for Holidays and overtime
