Job Overview: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests, taking their orders, and ensuring their overall dining experience is enjoyable. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Responsibilities: - Greet guests and escort them to their tables - Present menus and answer any questions regarding menu items - Take accurate food and drink orders from guests - Enter orders into the POS system and ensure accuracy - Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner - Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction - Clear tables and reset them for the next guest - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area Skills: - Strong knowledge of food safety regulations - Excellent hospitality and customer service skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions - Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell menu items - Exceptional guest relations skills to provide a positive dining experience - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure - Time management skills to ensure efficient service delivery - Familiarity with POS systems for order processing - Strong attention to detail for accurate order taking Join our team today as a Server and be part of creating memorable dining experiences for our guests!
