Dutch Contracting Inc. is Hiring a Director of Operations Near Norfolk, VA

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to oversee our company's day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record in senior management.

**Responsibilities:**

- Create drawings for projects in order to pull permits in all cities in Hampton Roads

- Order materials needed for each job and ensure timely delivery

- Lead and manage all aspects of projects to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, and completion

- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational processes

- Oversee project management and ensure timely completion of deliverables

- Drive business development initiatives to support company growth

- Provide senior leadership in negotiating contracts and agreements with clients

- Implement process improvement strategies to enhance operational performance

**Skills:**

- Senior leadership experience in a similar role

- Proficiency in operations management and strategic planning

- Strong project management skills

- Demonstrated ability in business development and negotiation
