Durango Mechanical LLC is Hiring a Team Member/Customer Service Near Fort Worth, TX

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their transportation needs are met efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers to understand their transportation requirements and provide appropriate solutions - Utilize transportation management systems to plan and coordinate shipments - Coordinate with drivers and carriers to ensure timely pickup and delivery of goods - Monitor shipments and provide updates to customers regarding the status of their orders - Resolve any issues or concerns raised by customers in a professional and timely manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, sales, and logistics to optimize customer satisfaction Experience: - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred - Familiarity with transportation planning and management is a plus - Proficiency in using AS400 or similar transportation management systems - Strong computer skills, including proficiency in GPS and phone systems - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Knowledge of supply chain processes is beneficial At our company, we value our employees and offer competitive compensation packages.
