As the Systems Administrator II, you would be responsible for supporting the credit union by implementing and supporting the technology infrastructure platforms and software applications. This position also assists in developing and updating the corporate technology plan and supports IT functions through staff training sessions and providing support for the support staff.

You Will:

• Provide IT support for escalated tickets from IT Support and Help Desk departments.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource for others on the team for escalated tickets and general support. Creation of and leading projects for software implementations.
• Lead multiple and diverse projects and tasks, such as, systems integrations and software systems upgrades.
• Provide expertise and recommendations for software supported by the IT Department.
• Maintain and update documentation and inventory of all technology systems.
• Install, configure, and maintain systems that provide efficient service to our members.
• Participate in designing as well as leading the implementation and testing of various business systems.
• Ensure that all systems are operating properly at multiple locations.
• Serve as backup to IT Support Specialist as needed.
• Act as back up when necessary for overall credit union technology functions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

You’ll Need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a similar Technology based degree, or equivalent experience, preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills, and an aptitude for learning new technologies.
• Experience reviewing software application logs and working with software application support.
• Experience with Core System applications (ex. CRM, ERP, HRIS, etc.).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to represent the financial institution in a positive and professional way when dealing with membership, vendors, and other staff members.
• Must be able to prioritize while working on multiple projects at one time and multitask.
