We are seeking a Director of Healthcare Services who will think and act strategically, employ innovative solutions, build relationships, use sound business practices and mentor and empower team members to provide the highest quality of care for our residents and further position Dunwoody as the community of choice in our region. Reporting directly to the President & CEO, this position is responsible for all aspects of health and wellness including skilled nursing, personal care, and outpatient services.
Candidates should have thorough knowledge of large, complex healthcare environments and the continuum of care, and be licensed as an NHA in the state of PA. This is an interesting and exciting opportunity to join our executive team to lead strategic planning and shape the future of an established and well recognized organization. The candidate must be familiar with applicable laws and government regulations related to long term healthcare.
