Duties:
- Under the direction of the Supervisor, HSAS, this position will support the Health Services department.
- This position is responsible for performing administrative duties, such as attending meetings and taking high level and detailed minutes, creating and editing documents using Adobe Acrobat.
Skills:
- Understands the information and responsibilities pertinent to their position
- Strong time management skills: able to multitask and prioritize efficiently.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite •
- Some SharePoint experience •
- Document management •
- Effective planning and organizational skills •
- Able to communicate in the most professional manner •
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
