Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing a team of employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in catering, inventory control, hospitality management, and possess excellent leadership skills.

Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving any issues or complaints
- Manage and train staff members on company policies, procedures, and standards
- Conduct interviews and hire new employees as needed
- Create employee schedules and ensure proper staffing levels at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain adequate stock
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menus
- Utilize Aloha POS system to manage sales transactions and track inventory
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Experience:
- Previous experience in catering, hospitality management, or related field is required
- Strong knowledge of inventory control practices and procedures
- Proficient in using Aloha POS system for sales transactions and inventory management
- Bartending or culinary experience is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Proven leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and inspire a team
