MOVIN’

· The cake decorator is responsible for cake production for the restaurant (including assembling and decorating ice cream cakes and oreo cookie cakes and any other prep product needed)

· This is a position that requires someone who can work independently and meet the needs of the position

· The cake decorator is also responsible for maintaining all areas of productions including production equipment, freezers, floors, walls and set up of the ice cream/cake cases

· All food safety standards including following date standards and marking all product, must be maintained

· Cake Decorator duties include assembling and decorating all Baskin Robbins cakes/products to fill the cake freezer with all required cakes and decorating any cakes for customer order

· Cleaning up of workstation at end of shift including washing all equipment, cleaning cake production area and leaving freezer and stock area clean and organized

· Attention to detail and steady hands all works to sell cakes to customers and satisfy their orders

· Work to make cakes that are visually pleasing as well as delicious

· Respond positively to coaching and feedback

· Communicate with team members

· Follow Brand standards, recipes and systems

· Follow safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable laws

WINNIN’

· You are 18 years for age or higher (for Shift Leaders)

· Cake decorating experience, preferably with ice cream cakes and treats

· Dependable and reliable

· Creative and artistic abilities

· Proficient in use of all cake decorating tools and equipment

· You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills
