Falk College is seeking a part-time instructor to teach FST 203 Sec. M001 and Sec. M002 Fine Pastries and Desserts (3 credits) - in Spring 2024 semester (1/9/24-5/12/24). Course description: This laboratory intensive course is designed to develop students' fundamental working knowledge and practice of the traditional and modern methods of producing, finishing, and plating pastries and desserts. Class meets: Monday 12:45 p.m. - 4:15 p.m., and Monday 5:15 p.m. - 8:45 p.m.
