Pay rate starts at $18.50 per hour.

Summary:
An Assistant Manager will be responsible for providing strong, positive leadership to his/her team to deliver great and friendly guest experiences, operational excellence and for helping to build profitable top line sales. The MIT will be the person in charge on the managers day off .

RESPONSIBILITIES:
TEAM ENVIRONMENT
Assist to hire, train, and develop crew members
Communicate job expectations to their employees
Provide coaching and feedback

OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
Create and maintain a guest first culture in the store
Ensure all shifts are appropriately staffed to achieve guest service goals
Maintain a safe working environment
Ensure that brand standards are executed
Prepare and complete action plans

SKILLS /QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma, or equivalent
Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience, minimum 1 year.
