DuMolin Community Living is committed to providing quality residential care to people with physical and intellectual disabilities. We operate 7 community homes within Sonoma County, and are looking to fill both part-time and full-time positions, all shifts available. Experience is helpful for this position but not required. We have a comprehensive training program and are happy to train you!

Duties:
- Assist individuals with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding
- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
- Provide transportation to appointments and community activities
- Implement behavior management systems as directed by the individual's treatment plan
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment

Skills:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of behavior management systems and social work practices

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in direct support or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with individuals with disabilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
