Duluth Cleaning Contractors LLC is Hiring a Mobile Cleaner Near Duluth, MN

Mobile Office Cleaner - We are hiring a Mobile Office Cleaner in Duluth, MN to complete office cleaning as assigned by the Operations Manager and Assistant Mangers. This Mobile Office Cleaner will travel throughout the Duluth area on a nightly basis and are not typically tied to a specific account. This is a full-time position Monday through Friday starting at 5pm for 40 hours per week.

We are a local and family operated commercial and office cleaning company since 1985 looking to grow our team of cleaning technicians. We are looking for positive people who want to make a difference as this job can provide lasting satisfaction, great exercise, new skills, and personal responsibility.

Job Functions and Requirements

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Willing to travel consistently throughout Duluth Cleaning Contractor’s service area (Duluth, Superior, Cloquet)
Willing to comply with all vehicle laws and all company policies regarding company vehicle use
Proficient in all cleaning duties
Understands and abides by Duluth Cleaning Contractor’s quality standards
Follow company policies and procedures
Service, clean, and supply restrooms
Gather and empty trash
Dust desks, office equipment, window blinds, lighting fixtures, and other surfaces
Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using approved window cleaner
Clean building floors by sweeping, dust mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming them
Clean lobbies, stairways, and landings
Notify supervisors concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems
Requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning duties
Provide information to managers by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person
Provide training for new employees
Other duties and special projects as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ability to perform all office cleaning duties.
Ability to follow instructions and complete projects to specifications.
Ability to work independently.
Knowledge of the use of chemicals, and their interactions, danger signs, production techniques, and disposal methods.
Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
Ability to climb, stoop, or kneel repeatedly
Ability to lift, pull, or push up to 50 pounds
Great communication skills
Great attention to detail, attendance, and punctuality
