**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a receptionist/ Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.

**Responsibilities:**

-answer phones and book jobs

-work a spreadsheet and work leads

-Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Provide product knowledge to customers and offer recommendations

- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sale system

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals

- Assist in inventory management and restocking of products

**Qualifications:**

- Previous retail or sales experience preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Basic understanding of retail math is a plus

- Customer-focused with a positive attitude

- High school diploma or equivalent
