DuGood FCU is currently seeking a highly motivated, reliable, and enthusiastic individual to take on an opening in our Call Center as a Digital Center Representative II. This position requires excellent member service skills and offers an opportunity to join our dynamic team at our Eastex location in Beaumont.

Position: Fulltime Digital Center Representative II (Call Center)

Digital Center Representatives (Call Center) perform a variety of functions to assist members through an array of sources including but not limited to phone, live chat, all online services etc. Representatives are responsible for applying knowledge of Credit Union products and services to provide courteous, efficient service to members. In addition, Digital Center Representatives will be accountable for meeting performance targets.

Position requirements: (this is not an exhaustive list)

• Previous Member Relations Rep experience required
• Must have experience using credit union services and products
• Ability to multi-task, strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Requires long periods of sitting and/or reading computer screens for most of the workday.
• Must be able to pass background and drug screening.
