The Human Resources Operations Administratorposition is for you, if you would enjoy:
Creation of organizational processes and procedures to ensure efficient new employee onboarding
General administrative responsibilities, including processing, data entry and working with all team members.
Temporary position based out of the Charleston International Airport
Your team is counting on you as a Human Resources Operations Administrator to:
Work onsite at the Charleston International Airport
Have open availability and able to work on weekdays and weekends (if necessary)
Work a full-time schedule
Key Responsibilities:
Ability to communicate with all new team members joining the organization and walk them through the ID process in a friendly and supportive manor.
Great with following up on documents and paperwork needed from both applicants and the port authority.
Become an Authorized Signatory to oversee airport ID process to ensure we are compliant at all times.
Keep record of all current employees as well as employees who have left to ensure all IDs are returned and accounted for.
Learn Policies related to airport badging, and renewal process.
Communicates with all General Managers to ensure all Applications and airport ID renewals are completed.
Ability to communicate effectively with port authority officers.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Able to display confidentiality when being exposed to important legal documents and employee files.
Keeping accurate and up to date records.
Attend quarterly meetings with the port authority for compliance
Assist in coaching Hudson service standards/behaviors with all associates daily
Responsible for onboarding of team members to include scheduling badging, orientation and ensuring all associates complete required training and the Hudson NHE
Assist with submitting PAFs and TERM paperwork
Assist in issuing uniforms and maintaining inventory of sizes
Serving as point of contact for all new hires as pertains to day-to-day questions with onboarding up until start day
Assist with onsite/offsite hiring events via set up, attendance, securing space, and scheduling for both career events and trainings as needed
Potential creation of processes, forms and tools to assist in organization of tasks
Complete all Hudson New Hire trainings
Assist with training of new hires, in conjunction with management
Assist with identifying start dates for new hires and communication with TA team
Oversight, documentation and verification of employee I-9 procedure
Human Resources Operations Required Qualifications:
Experience in an airport retail or food and beverage environment high volume organizations.
Experience with training, organizational skills, people leadership, human resource processes
Excellent time management and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem resolution.
Excellent organizational skills.
Must be detailed, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.
Ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time.
Ability to build strong working relationships with internal/external customers.
Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Excel and Word)
