The Team is counting on you as a Dunkin Baker to:

Work a full-time shift
Work at the Pennsylviania Station

Be Punctual, attentive to detail and highly reliable
Demonstrate a commitment to company product, service, and food safety standards
Multi–task, adhere to product recipes/specifications

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times
Consistently bake and finish product according to standards/specifications
Prepare and present bakery products and merchandise in an attractive fashion in order to promote sales
Promote food safety on a 100% basis by following personal hygiene directives
Communicate appropriately with fellow team members, treating others fairly and with respect.
Hold themselves accountable for their responsibilities on their shift.
Adhere to schedule and arrive ready to work on time.
Follow all procedures related to cash, cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant safety and security.
Comply with all franchisee policies.
Know and follow all Company Policies, Receiving Procedures and Receiving Room Standards.

Required Qualifications:

One or more years of food and beverage, and stockroom or warehouse experience
Must be able to fluently speak/read English
Able to operate restaurant equipment
Understand customer needs and exceed their expectations.
Passion for Results set compelling targets and deliver on commitments.

Problem Solving and Decision Making make good decisions based on analysis, experience and judgment.
Ability to interact with diverse personalities
Ability to multi task when completing projects.
Ability to lift 40 lbs.
