Brightlyis looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager, Thought Leadership focused on driving thoughtleadership and brand to demand initiatives. This person will be responsible forcrafting and implementing an overarching campaign strategy to drive brandawareness, market education, reputational credibility and user engagement. Theideal candidate understands how to build engaging integrated campaigns, is knowledgeableabout marketing best practices, can develop strong relationships across acompany, and has a passion for data-driven marketing.

What you'll be doing

*Develop brand todemand programs to engage multiple audiences (media, clients, prospects,influencers, analysts, etc.)

*Manage an in-depthquarterly plan and a living annual plan of continuous overlapping integratedcampaigns

*Work with brand andmarcomm to develop a thoughtful content strategy for all integrated campaigns,taking into account product and event roadmaps, and corporate HQ brand programsand thought leadership initiatives

*Leverage omni-channelmessaging, segmentation and content strategy to create a thoughtful story arcalong a planned user journey for an appropriate transition to client and growthmarketing

*Partner with operationsto understand the performance of your campaigns and communicate with thebusiness

*Work with productmarketing and growth marketing to create an aligned experience for our targetaudiences

*Collaborate withcreative, product marketing, marketing operations, client success and corporateHQ to develop and execute programs that drive existing client education andengagement

*Report on andcontinuously improve upon engagement KPIs (impressions, consumption, traction,shares, audience growth, etc.)

What you need

*Bachelor's degreerequired, Marketing or Business preferred

*5-7 years ofexperience in marketing, with experience in brand marketing, thought leadershipand content strategy

*Demonstrable awarenessand thought leadership campaign strategy, management, execution and measurementis required

*The ideal candidatewill have experience working in B2B SaaS companies

*Experience craftingunique, differentiated perspectives and thematically compelling thoughtleadership

*Excellent peopleskills with the ability to effectively partner with cross-functional teams

*A bias towards actionand sense of ownership

*Outstanding attentionto detail and high personal quality expectations

*Excellentorganizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple, potentiallycompeting, priorities and tasks simultaneously

The pay range for this position is $88,300 - $151,400. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
