Job Description:

Duct&Dryer Pros, a growing local air duct and dryer vent cleaning company, is currently seeking experienced and dedicated full-time and part-time HVAC Service Technicians to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Service Excellence: Arrive at customer locations on time to inspect their duct systems. Create detailed cleaning plans based on thorough inspections to ensure optimal service delivery.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform duct system cleaning and maintenance tasks up to the standards of excellence as defined by Duct&Dryer Pros. This includes utilizing the latest techniques and adhering to industry best practices for air duct and dryer vent cleaning.
• Documentation and Communication: Electronically collect payment for services and document detailed notes. Effective communication with customers is essential, including making before/after videos and emailing them to clients.
• Sales and Service Expansion: Identify opportunities for additional services (e.g., dryer vent cleaning, duct system disinfectant) and offer these to customers to enhance their service experience.
• Customer Satisfaction: Deliver consistent and exceptional customer service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. This includes addressing any customer queries or concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least one year of experience in air duct cleaning services is preferred. Applicants with less experience may still be considered but under different employment conditions.
• Physical Requirements: Must be capable of lifting over 50 lbs comfortably.
• Licensing: Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record.
• Skills: A positive, can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and a foundational knowledge of HVAC parts and their functions are essential.
