WHAT YOULL DO :
The Customer Service Senior Manager is responsible for managing and developing three or more medium / large accounts ensuring customer success.
Acts as the primary contact and interfaces between the Customer / SI partner and the OnDemand Operations team. The Customer Service Senior Manager will serve as a mentor and help conduct necessary training sessions for other Customer Service Managers.
Provides information back to OnDemand Operations for testing
Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
