Overview

• We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Store Clerk to join our team. The Store Clerk will be responsible for assisting customers, handling sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Monitor customers to assist the store in loss prevention
• Display and organize products in the store for easy accessibility
• Process sales transactions accurately using a cash register
• Provide product information, demonstrate features, and promote sales
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store shelves and displays, include dusting, cleaning, and restocking
• Handle record-keeping and re-ordering systems
• Help with preparation of product displays and exhibition windows
• Other duties as assigned

Job Description

• Job Types: Full Time
• Pay: $17.00 per hour
• Additional Pay: Commission pay (monthly yearly), Attendance Incentive Award, Loss Prevention Incentive, Service Excellence Award

• Shift: 10-hour shift, 8 hour shift, Day shift, Weekend, Holidays, Monday to Friday, Night shift, Weekend availability

Qualification

• Legally entitled to work in U.S.
• Cash handling: 1 year (preferred), able to handle cash, credit, and check transactions with precision
• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
• Experience in sales or retail environment preferred
• Proficient in utilizing technology for sales purposes
• Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
• Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy
• Knowledge of jewelry or wireless products is a plus
• Capability to conduct product demonstrations effectively
• Fluent in English, additional language skills are beneficial
