- We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our growing management team. We are currently looking for a Store Manager for our NEW store, located in Manassas Mall.
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of management experience in a retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Store Manager's responsibilities include but are not limited to: scheduling, hiring, training, inventory control, achieving sales targets, managing all controllable costs to maintain profitability, and ensuring a positive team atmosphere is maintained at all times.
Abilities
- Candidates must have the abilities to: multi-task, prioritize, and work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates must have experience with sales, customer service and are available to work days, evenings and weekends.
- Able to speak English and Spanish preferred.
