Duties And Responsibilities
- Tests and recalibrates DTS Data Acquisition and Sensor products using automated software procedures.
- Masters several DTS software products essential to calibration, firmware updating, and troubleshooting.
- Performs diagnostics and troubleshooting on data acquisition systems and components.
- Ensures customer satisfaction with timely turnaround of re-calibrations and repair work.
- Conforms and contributes to the DTS Michigan Quality Management System, including completion of calibration, service, and build reports.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
