Emergency Response: Yes – Must be available to perform a primary assignment in support of DTE’s emergency response to storms or other events that impact service to our customers.
Establishes community engagement strategy for assigned region in partnership with community engagement team leadership. Provides guidance to team members to support a community engagement program. Manages and establishes robust local community stakeholder relationships by developing and improving community engagement partnerships that can be replicated and scaled to advance organizational objectives and goals. Utilizes strategic thinking and relationship building resources to identify and pursue partnership opportunities that align with the company’s objectives and community strategy and by managing and maintaining relationships with a broad set of stakeholders. Represents DTE externally at events and in interactions with external stakeholders and organizations. Implements ongoing process improvements to improve efficiencies of programs. Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline with seven (7) years of job relevant experience.
