Job Overview:
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding company services and policies
- Perform data entry tasks, including updating customer information and maintaining records
- Assist with medical office tasks such as scheduling appointments and coordinating patient paperwork
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- File and organize documents in both physical and computerized systems
- Coordinate projects and assist with administrative tasks as assigned
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills, including knowledge of QuickBooks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple phone lines and manage high call volumes
- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus
- Experience with calendar management and scheduling is preferred
