Seeking front desk receptionist for a busy Physical Therapy Office located in Astoria, NY. Must be able to communicate effectively, answer phones in a clear and professional manner and be able to multi-task. Experience preferred.

Duties and responsibilities of Front Desk Staff:

• register patients and input information in computer database
• verify insurance and obtain authorization for treatment
• maintain and manage patient records
• schedule patient appointments
• answer incoming calls
• collect co-pays and payments
• complete other clerical duties as assigned
• ensure reception area is well maintained, neat and clean
• safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality

Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
