Part of 20 member team. Managing project plans for different divisions in Tucson for ClientPosition’s Contributions to Work Group:

-Basic Office SettingTypical task breakdown:- Managing project plans in MSP, facilitating control meetings, facilitating project planning meetings, ensure quality of project plans, tracking risks, actions items and issues associated with projects.Interaction with team:- Project control meetings, PMO staff meetings, planning meetings- Emails, MS Teams, In person meetingsWork environment:- Hybrid (3 days in office)

Education & Experience Required:

- 2-4 years experience required.

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.

Technical Skills

Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.

• Basic knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.

Microsoft Project Experience (willing to train)

Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients

Soft Skills

Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.

• Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
