Customer Care Specialist – Day Shift

Waukesha, WI (On Site)

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be the primary contact to provide order management support for our Taste, Texture and Health customers. This role also develops and delivers customer solutions that support business strategies and meet customer expectations. Our Customer Care team also Interacts with our sales team/sales management on a regular basis and effectively communicate with Account managers, customers, planning and other internal stakeholders as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide order management support for Taste, Texture and Health, including order entry, allocation, returns, invoice disputes and credit adjustments utilizing information systems.
  • Coordinate order status, availability (pricing, and delivery to customers).
  • Proactively communicates supply issues to assigned customers via daily review of open order reports.
  • Responsible for setting up and maintaining web accounts in Customer Portal; also responsible for updating and maintaining contact information in SAP, relating to customer and customer/material content.
  • Properly acknowledge, record, and follow-up on customer logistics and quality complaints into designated global database.
  • Handles inquiries in Webshop mailbox as well as voice mail system of both web and global accounts.

You bring:

  • BA or BS or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in conflict management and organizational skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft application (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet portals.
  • Required knowledge in SAP sales and distribution (SD) module such as: sales order and delivery functions, invoicing, credits/debits and return goods processes.
  • Knowledgeable in SAP of production planning (PP), material management (MM), inventory management (IM) and logistics (i.e., freight, batch quantities, pallet quantities, cost savings and sales) and ERP systems that are used with DNP HNH NA processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and negotiation skills required.
  • Individual should have initiative, be results and solution provider oriented as well as customer and team focused.
  • Travel required as needed
