We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Facilities to oversee the maintenance and operations of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management and possess excellent leadership and organizational skills. As the Director of Facilities, you will be responsible for managing a team, implementing maintenance programs, and ensuring the efficient operation of our facilities. Duties: - Develop and implement comprehensive facilities management strategies - Supervise and manage a team of maintenance staff - Oversee the maintenance and repair of all equipment, systems, and infrastructure - Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders, schedule preventative maintenance, and manage inventory - Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols - Collaborate with other departments to coordinate facility-related projects - Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement or repair - Troubleshoot and resolve facility-related issues in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records and documentation related to facility operations Experience: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management or a related field - Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, logic controllers, and high voltage systems - Experience supervising a team of maintenance staff - Proficiency in reading schematics and blueprints - Ability to fabricate and repair equipment as needed - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Strong communication and interpersonal skills If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for facilities management, we encourage you to apply for this position.
