Collections Assistant:
This role is responsible for collection activities, such as following up on inquiries, negotiating, and keeping track of cash receipts.
Responsibilities:
- Perform collection tasks
- Make outbound calls and answer inbound calls
- Credit Card and electronic check payment processing
- Review of A/R aging to identify and rectify delinquent accounts
- Negotiate with insurance and homeowners within company guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Stable work history and strong work ethic
- Be able to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Multi-tasker
- Attention to detail
- Excellent negotiating skills
- Excellent communication skills
- DASH is a plus
