We are looking to expand our sales team with motivated, outgoing In Home Sales Specialists who will be the first responders onsite for water damage. 

Responsibilities: 

• Assess water damage and work with the homeowners and insurance companies. 
• Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Developing and implementing an effective sales strategy to drive sales.

 Qualifications:

• 2 years of sales experience 
• Experience with DASH preferred but not required.
• Ability to work 50-60 hours a week
• Proficient with modern technology
• Ability to speak persuasively and respectfully with all people
• Stable work history with a strong work ethic
• Ability to successfully close sales
• Commitment to exceeding customer satisfaction 
• A positive attitude 
• Self motivated 

 Requirements:

• Valid Texas driver's license with a satisfactory record
• Clear criminal background
• Ability to pass drug screen 

 Education:

• High school or equivalent
