We are a local Commercial Contractor that handles a variety of trades in-house. Our primary focus is on commercial work but we are looking for a well rounded individual.
Responsibilities:
– Working by yourself or with a large crew efficiently
– Must be comfortable at times directing a job and prioritizing work
– Keeping a project on schedule
– Keeping a project on track with internal bid hours
– Taking project photos as needed / if asked
– Reporting project progress as needed / if asked
Experience:
– Wood framing and light gauge metal framing
– Drywall Install and Finishing is a plus
– Commercial Door Hardware experience is a plus
– Acoustical ceiling experience is a plus
– Finish trim carpentry experience is a plus
– Masonry and concrete experience is a plus
– A general know-how in a variety of trades is a plus
– Willing to grow and learn new trades is a plus
Qualifications:
– You should have 3 years experience in an above mentioned skill on commercial projects.
– You must have own transportation to and from work.
– You must be reliable and consistent.
– You should have valid driver license.
– You should have cell phone.
– You should at least have your own general tools, tool belt, impact driver, and any other tools that will help you complete your work.
– Other things that you should own and will be helpful for you to grow as a professional: taping knives and pan, drywall gun, rotozip, oscillating tool, grinder, circular saw, reciprocating saw, laser, hammer drill, and drill.

All of our contracts have to adhere to strict deadlines. We have to be efficient while upholding the highest level of quality of work. Our reputation is everything.
Full time hours are 7:00am – 3:30pm, Monday – Friday (95% of the time). We typically stay local, within a 60-mile radius of Syracuse, NY (95% of the time). If you have a good work ethic, you will be employed year-round.
