Pay Rate: $13/hr 10% commission

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team at Druid Hills Golf Club. As a member of our team, you will provide exceptional service to our members at the bar and deliver a warm and welcoming atmosphere that is reflective of our prestigious reputation. Responsibilities- Ensure that bar operations run smoothly and efficiently
- Greet customers and take their orders accurately and politely
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Stock bar with necessary beverages, garnishes, utensils, and glassware
- Keep the bar area clean, safe, and organized
- Maintain inventory of bar supplies and communicate any needs to the management team
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through friendly and attentive service
Requirements
- Proven experience as a bartender
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- Must pass a background and reference check and adhere to the DHGC culture.
