Our world-class consultants unite people to work collaboratively to achieve project goals and make your vision a reality.Project Description: CTP Office of Science (OS) Customer Service Center (CSC) is the one-stop-shop for information on OS Services, Tools and System Training, upcoming IT news and more. The CSC Service Desk manages user inquiries from OS and other FDA stakeholder groups. This is a subcontractor role on an IBM contract.Job Summary: The CTP Service Desk Technical Lead will be responsible for becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the Rhapsody system. Responsibilities
- Quickly upskilling on Rhapsody
- Providing technical customer support and troubleshooting assistance in Rhapsody and other relevant OS tools and systems
- Documenting procedures for troubleshooting customer issues and questions
- Providing recommendations to enhance applications based on data and customer insights
- Participating in testing
- Serving as a SME for training events and for the development of customer resources
- 10 years of experience in technical oversight and management
- Customer support experience
- Demonstrated with MS Office (e.g., Excel, Word)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Rhapsody system
- Bachelor of Science or Master of Science
