Position Overview: As an IT Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the organization's technology infrastructure. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical assistance and support to end-users, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network systems. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Job Duties

• Providing desktop and application support to all employees.
• Responsible for onboarding new users via Active Directory and Exchange/Office 365.
• Responsible for responding, resolving, and escalating issues submitted via ticketing system or phone call.
• Responsible for providing problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution. This includes both remote and deskside support.
• Demonstrate commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Contributes to the documentation of procedures and guidelines for internal team use.
• Be part of an on-call rotation responsible for after-hours support. To include but not limited to overnight.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years' experience working in an IT-related field.
• Experience supporting a Windows Domain environment (Linux experience is a plus).
• A strong understanding of computer hardware and software support.
• Proven strong troubleshooting skills.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP networks.
• Active directory and exchange administration.
