Drs. Becker & Grisar DDS is Hiring a Dental Front Office Assistant Near Grafton, WI

Seeking a highly self-motivated, positive individual with great organization and communication skills to join our Front Office team!

DENTAL EXPERIENCE HELPFUL BUT NOT REQUIRED

We offer a fun and friendly work atmosphere - where patients come first, and continuous learning is encouraged. You’ll be surrounded by team members and patients that feel like family, while helping our team provide the best patient care to our small community.

As a member of the front office team, you will be acting as the first point of contact with patients who call us to make appointments and come in to see us for their dental care needs. You’ll help them manage their scheduled appointments and financial commitments.

Schedule would be Monday-Friday (30-40 hours) No Weekends!

Primary Job Duties Include:

  • Verifying and collecting insurance coverage information
  • Communicating with specialists regarding patient treatment
  • Taking payments and making financial arrangements
  • Booking appointments, answering general questions, and other associated support

Preferred Experience:

· High School Diploma or GED

· Dental experience helpful but not required – willing to train the right person

· Experience with Dentrix Ascend helpful but not required
