dr LASER is looking to hire an Aesthetic Sales Role for our West Hollywood, Sherman Oaks, Manhattan Beach and Santa Monica locations. This is an exciting opportunity for highly motivated individuals with experience in commission-based sales and those passionate about beauty and sales. You will act as a consultant to our clients, providing knowledge of treatments and services and driving store sales.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients while checking them in for treatments.
• Provide general sales support to clients by recommending treatments
• Increasing company revenue by upwelling current clients and warm leads.
• Scheduling clients via phone, email, and in-person for future services.
• Prepare periodic forecasts and progress updates toward sales goals

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Highly motivated attitude
• Knowledge of skincare and treatments offered at the offices
• Strong customer service skills.

Hourly (dependent on experience) commission bonuses

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
