This position is responsible for accurately and efficiently processing vehicle inventory, including vehicle registration and titling, and assisting with the asset disposal process. You get hands-on training and a path forward in the company if you want to develop your career. A dynamic and collaborative work environment.The chance to be part of a forward-thinking team in the automotive industry.You will find success in your ability to:New Inventory Management Issuing purchase orders as requested by Regional Managers according to confirmed vehicle specification build Coordinating with manufacturers and all dealerships for vehicle order processing, production dates, and estimated arrivalsCommunicating order progress to Regional Manager and updating company’s vehicle management system as requiredProcessing and auditing vehicle purchase paperwork to ensure accuracy and alignment with location factory order specs and title/plating requirementsCoordinating with management for the distribution of inventoryRegistering vehicles, obtaining plates, and ensuring the title is issued and filed Keeping up to date records of cash requirements for Accounting department Working with the branch locations to preorder upfitting equipment required for vehiclesUsed Wholesale ManagementEnsuring each unit file is equipped with appropriate documentation including title, sales documents, and/or tax statement requirements (as needed)Supporting creation of Sales Documentation for all US buyers, following for signatures and document execution.Executing on titles for sold units accurately according to purchaser state requirementsFollowing for fund receipt on any pending deals, ensuring titles are not issued until funds receivedMaintaining accurate records of all sale transactions and ensure documents are filed appropriatelyQualifications:High school diploma or GED equivalent Previous administrative or clerical experience, particularly in roles that involve handling paperwork, customer service, or data entryExperience in a similar role within the automotive industry, such as dealership administrative work or vehicle registration, can be an assetFamiliarity with Texas-specific title procedures, regulations, and documentation requirements is crucial for this role. This includes understanding the processes involved in transferring vehicle titles, registering vehicles, and complying with state laws governing titles and registrations. Assist with processing paperwork for titling of new units, such as on an out of state purchase.Proficiency in basic computer applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, and email is required.
