Driven Talent is Hiring a Program Coordinator Near Rancho Cucamonga, CA

We are looking for a competent Program Coordinator to undertake a variety of administrative and program management tasks. You will help in planning and organizing programs and activities as well as carry out important operational duties.

To be an excellent program coordinator, you must be organized and detail-oriented, comfortable working with diverse teams. If you have further skills in program development and human resources support, we’d like to meet you.

The goal will be to facilitate the effective management of programs according to the organization’s standards.

General Responsibilities: Strategize, oversee, and coordinate the successful planning, execution, follow up and evaluation of various educational, networking, and capacity-building programs Evaluate existing programs and makes appropriate recommendations/changes to improve processes and desired outcomes Set timelines and due dates Set program controls, governance, and standards Implement and oversee recruitment project for the Latina Study, including impact calls Coordinate activities of consultants, affiliate members, and volunteers Coordinate resources, equipment, meetings, and information to complete projects and accomplish goals Monitor and manage the day-to-day detailed aspects and administrative duties of multiple projects through the entire program cycle

Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or related field • 3-5 years of experience in Program Management • 2-3 years of event planning experience

Specialized Skills:

  • Strong organizational abilities including planning, delegating, program development and task facilitation • Strong oral and written skills • Sales (cold-calling, follow-up, tracking calls, recruitment) • Solid, hands-on, budget management skills, including budget preparation, analysis, decision making and reporting • Problem-solving, conflict resolution, and multitasking skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
