Why You’ll Love Working with Us: Free weekly car wash Flexible scheduling Career growth opportunities Competitive base pay plus commission opportunity Employee recognition Outdoor working environment Health, dental, vision and life insurance 401k match HSA and FSA plans Paid time off and holidays Parental leave JOB DESCRIPTION: ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Cash Management: Complete cash reconciliations to bank statements in Excel or Workday Perform daily analysis and research of various financial transactions in order to assist with correctly determining the proper allocation of funds Assist with electronic funds transfer including: Recurring monthly and weekly auto drafts Credit card processing Non-recurring wire transfers Monitoring returned items Review ACH drafts for entries Analyze lockbox items and research discrepancies Assist with monitoring cash inflows and outflows between numerous bank accounts Aid with satisfying external reporting requirements Create weekly journal entries for ZBA transactions and other journal entries as needed Correspond with multiple internal teams Other Duties: Support Accounting Manager with preparation for external audits Assist in the preparation of internal and external financial reports Assist with all research requests as received Perform other functional duties as assigned Assist other accounting team members as necessary MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: BS Degree with emphasis in Accounting, Finance or a related field 1-2 years accounting or banking experience Strong interpersonal skills Strong organizational and analytical skills Experience in designing and maintaining Excel spreadsheets #LI-GL1 #LI-HYBRID DBCORP
