Job Summary:

Join our team as a Car Sales Executive at our reputable dealership. We are seeking a motivated individual with excellent sales skills to assist customers in finding the perfect vehicle to suit their needs.

Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner to determine their vehicle needs
- Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives
- Negotiate and close sales deals effectively
- Maintain a strong understanding of current inventory and incoming units
- Utilize phone etiquette to follow up with potential leads and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Manage the sales pipeline efficiently to meet and exceed sales targets

- Proven experience in sales preferred, but not required.
- Strong organizational skills to manage customer information, sales records, and inventory control
- Excellent communication skills, including public speaking abilities
- Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market trends
