Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a focus on achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer experiences.

Duties:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Showcase vehicle features and conduct test drives
- Negotiate pricing and finalize sales transactions
- Provide post-sale support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Utilize outbound sales techniques to generate leads and drive sales growth
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals

Skills:
- Proficiency in retail math for pricing and discounts
- Experience in automotive sales or related field
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Strong outbound sales skills, including cold calling and lead generation
- Bilingual abilities are advantageous
- Ability to provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Proficient in negotiation techniques to close deals successfully
- Demonstrated sales support capabilities to assist customers effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46,959.03 - $56,552.81 per year
