Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the team
- Oversee all aspects of operations
- Manage inventory to ensure profitability
- Maintain a clean and organized environment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the team in all areas of the restaurant
- Train and mentor future leaders

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a leader in a high-volume establishment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Extensive knowledge of food handling, preparation, and presentation techniques
- Experience in bartending and banquet operations is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of restaurant management and food service management principles
- Creativity and innovation

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
